So things are really coming along in the house, walls are being retextured, popcorn ceilings are coming down, and paint might just go up soon! On top of that Lane is going at full speed to chop all his corn. He's even enlisted my help a few times to drive the semi beside him - yeah. its as scary as it sounds. i try, i do. But for the life of me i cannot back that thing up. Its a little intimidating, you know, when you could crash into your husband's $60,000.00 dollar corn chopper!! not a big deal...that man has too much trust in me! so i may not be the best driver ever but at least its half done. After the corn Lane said he'd help me with anything on the house - and notice i'm putting this in print so i can hold him to it later...
Here is Great Grandma and Grandpa coming to visit little Locke yesterday. I have to say these two people are the most kind, giving, and loving people ever. I would even say they pretty much hold the family together - if you remember from Locke's blessing dinner Grandma was the first and last one out of the kitchen?? amazing. I love them so much. and i love how they love their great grandkids so much!!
ahahaha locke - he stared at Grandmas glasses the entire time!
cute little profile....and notice he's in a high chair. FOR THE FIRST TIME!!
Awww! such a cutie. we had to make him smile of course!!
and again!....
because when it came to actually eating the food he was not a fan. at all. like gagging on every bit.
Aw, i just LOVE that little face!
One little thing i've been working on, these new hats to use up some of my yarn - since we'll be moving soon (fingers crossed!!!!!!) i've had to go through all my stuff. These will be up for sale at the Holly Fair at the beggining of november here in Rosy.
