RWD: The honeymoon

awww...how cute is he. The first weekend married together! What an adventure! We went to waterton for our first few newlywed nights, and it was so much fun! We stayed in the Kilmory Lodge, which i'm sad to say burned down as of two months ago. So much for an anniversary there.

No matter how many times I get close to the deer up there it still failes to amaze me how tame they are. Here in Roosevelt though they've taken things a step further - a farmer raises them like cattle! Hee hee...trying to be so sneaky. If we would've put a camera on his neck and squinted his eyes he could've looked like every other japanese tourist there!

And oh wow this view! Lane loved this spot, its the Prince of Wales hotel hill, and we were lucky enough to get a perfect glass-like lake to snap a picture of.

FAST FORWARD

ok, so I thought i'd fast foward to the present for a post to give you.....Our night with Celine Dion on her Taking Chances tour!! my lovely hubby gave me tickets for christmas - and i'll tell you, that was the biggest surprise ever! but last night we were FINALLY able to redeem them at the best show i've ever seen!I tried to take a few pictures of course....but we all know how concert pictures turn out.......

so i did as little web surfing, and found someone who took some WAY better.

The omnious road to marriage on the morning of october 17, 2008. We were so excited! and a little aware of the enormity of the decision we had made. A good decision, but HUGE nonetheless. I remember thinking we would never get there, and that lane looked really good dressed up ready to get married. Lane says ditto. And we haven't looked back since!

Ok. I found some of these today while doing some mindless internet surfing and i just had to imortalize on my favorites on my blog. So funny! especially falling into the toilet, since that happened to me last night!

REWIND!

Ok i finally uploaded pictures of my bridal shower in Myton that my sis-in-law threw for me. I thought it was time for a REWIND!! There are a few more before me and lane got married that i'll post up here, then some from weekend vacations we've taken since then....and of course some honeymoon pictures!! but i only have the "limited" edition of photoshop on my computer. stupid. That means I'm only able to brighten pictures, not even crop them!! LAME. Christmas can't come fast enough for me to ask for photoshop!! and a new Mac.....if i'm lucky.....

Alright, so the halarious lady in blue with the intense look on her face is my mother in law, as i mentioned before. I laugh my head off at her everyday, and i really hope these pictures give a small peek at her personality!!

This is Lacy, my new sis-in-law, she is so much fun, and kennedy just got back from going on a singles cruise with her! so fun!

Hee hee.....i guess kennedy stayed out too late with Lacy the day before....that is some beauty rest!

Best day ever.

Hee hee...its a good thing lane doesn't care about blogs! So i posted all my wedding/engagement/bridal pictures on facebook, but i am going to put up my favorites on here.
I love this one. I think i'll always remember just looking at lane and smiling as hard as i could because i knew there was no way i could've told him how happy and excited i was!! EEeeee!!! It makes me happy just to look at it!

Kennedy. There is no way to explain this one. You have made me into who I am today by being the best friend i have ever had and there is just no way to replace you.

I feel like Vicki needs a little explaining. This woman is halarious, not to mention the most giving person i have ever come across. What is hers, is yours, with no exceptions. And seriously, look at her smile, that girl is happy 24/7. The best mother in law ever!

There is just no way to explain the way you look at your spouse on your wedding day. He was so perfect in every way and I have never felt so lucky (and still do, but things are just so intense on that day!) There are SO many wonderful emotions, and you are both just so happy!!
Ah. so cute. I love these two.
