This post is just a little on the sad side and dedicated to Lane. Tuff, the family dog for the last 12 years died the other day. Its probably a good thing because he had started to have daily seizures and liver and kidney failure, but still. sad! And a week after he died these small prints were still frozen in the sidewalk we walk out onto every morning to do chores. I thought i'd freeze the moment in a couple pictures for Lane, since it really was his dog.

Well these few pictures pretty much summed up the winter - scooping snow out of calf buckets to feed them some milk to help them survive...Isn't lane a cutie...

What a disgusting muddy sess pool. This is where the cows get rounded up twice a day to get milked. ew.
Modeling the new coveralls.....which to this day have never been washed... 
Where we bought this water heater for the barn. We thought we'd jazz it up with a few model pictures so it wouldn't look so boring on "the blog"...
Wow, we went really crazy and splurged on a pair of new coveralls for lane. Whew, it was hard to talk him into that one, you should've seen the old ones. oh wait, you still can because he won't throw them away. I wonder if theres a way to explain "spontaneous combustion" on them....
We tried a close up, but i just look mad and lane looks bored. So we crashed Walmart at midnight to finish with a few more errands...
